Specific objective: to create innovative model for capacity building of IT sector workforce by collaborative approach of academic and private sector.

• Improvement of economic situation and life conditions for youth and unemployed persons in Montenegro through intensive education programs and boosting establishment of new companies.

• The action is designed towards improving the knowledge and production capacities of dairy producers in northern part of Montenegro.

• In general, the action aims at boosting the production capacities used for the production of the traditional milk and cheeses and trough that the overall competitiveness of the whole region especially considering its significant touristic capacity.

• Contribute to the employment among youth, women and long-term unemployed through strengthening their capacity and promoting social entrepreneurship as a means of self-employment

• To empower youth, women and long-term unemployed for employment with the emphasis on social entrepreneurship
• To promote social entrepreneurship as an innovative means of employment which provides solutions for economic and social problems

• To contribute to labour integration of Romani and long-term unemployed women through trainings and building partnerships

• Enhanced employability and self-employment of Romani and long-term unemployed women through tailored trainings on handcrafting and entrepreneurship

Objectives:

• The promotion and dissemination of proper wine culture and increasing the competitiveness of viticulture and winemaking sector in Montenegro.
• Creation of a high level of awareness in the professional, as well as the general public, about the importance and potential of viticulture and wine sector in Montenegro.

Overall objective :

Contribution in solving the challenges of unemployment of youth from Montenegro by improving their employability in the labor market in cooperation and networking of NGO sector, media, public administration and business.
Specific objective:

Increased employability prospects for 60 young people, unemployed graduates, from various Montenegrin municipalities through provision of soft skills and paid internship in NGO sector, media, public administration and business, followed by mentoring support.

• To improve knowledge and skills with the aim of increasing national participation in HORIZON 2020.

Overall objective: Improve labour market knowledge, qualifications and skills of unemployed youth in order to better match current and future labour market needs

• Provide targeted information and services of career guidance to selected unemployed youth from the unemployment register with the focus towards implementation of training in the Accounting area.
• Improve knowledge, skills and competences of unemployed youth through the training for occupation Accounting Technician.
• Employ youth from the EAM register via supporting creation of conditions for their employment.

Overall objective: To enhance social inclusion of persons with disabilities and RE population

Purpose of the project: To increase employability and improve access to the labour market for persons with disabilities and RE population

Overall objective: Improving the quality of life in municipality of Rozaje by empowering women in business and promoting the culture of lifelong learning and entrepreneurship.

Specific objectives:

• Increased employability of women from rural and urban area in municipality of Rozaje.
• Creation of supportive environment for potential and new female entrepreneurs, through establishment of new public services at local level and creation of women-led businesses.

Overall objective: Unemployment in Montenegro decreased through promotion of access to the labour market, with focus on micro-market Berane (Petnjica-Andrijevica-Plav)

Relying on previous experience gained through implementation of the projects it was noted that actions of PWD associations in Montenegro revolve only around physical accessibility issues, while no innovative projects regarding expansion of employment possibilities or inclusion of PWDs in other endeavors is introduced. According the assessment of UN, PWDs can make the most of their potential in their communities and in the workplace through adaptive, assistive and inclusive technology. Community should create environments for PWDs to find productive work and fully use their skills and capacities.
